By their nature, data stored in varied computer media are highly confidential in content or of potential value to a competitor. In recognition of this, Lane Archive Technologies(LAT) has implemented the following systems:

• A list of authorized signatories will be requested from you which will be scanned and entered into our system and will be used as reference for all your service requirements. Periodically, update of the signatures will be requested from you.
• We recommend that your company\'s name should not appear outside the carton box/media package. They should be identified through a bar code number only. We will provide you with this number which will facilitate its immediate retrieval from our system.
• The state-of-the-art Records Management Inventory System is accessible only to authorized personnel using multi-level password protection.
• Access to the Records Management area and the air conditioned and dehumidified Media Bank Vault is strictly limited to authorized personnel, all of whom are bonded employees.
• For your further peace of mind, we recommend that your company records be placed in random locations throughout our Records Center.
• All service requests must be in writing. No verbal or email requests will be entertained.
• Our premises are treated with pest control on a regular basis. Regardless of prior stage conditions, boxes entering our Records Center are selectively fumigated for the benefit of our existing clients.

• Digital Surveillance System CCTV Camera - real time monitoring through CCTV Camera in all exit and entrance point
• Metal Detection System - this is being used by our Security Guard for detecting metal/deadly weapon within the body of the visitor.
• Fire Alarm and Early Warning Detection System - smoke detectors and fire alarms are installed to ensure fire is detected at its early stage and to immediately notify others that there is a fire incident in progress to activate Fire Brigade Team.
• Palisade High Security Perimeter Fence Including Controlled Gates - Steel Palisade Fencing Security System that provides a high level of protection.  It is desgined for security and anti-vandal measures.
• Recorded Authorized Access - we have a Facility Visit Agreement procedure stipulating that only the expected client representatives can enter the facility.
• Heat and Motion Detection System - as part of our security measures, Motion Detection System are installed in our facility to be alerted when someone is in our facility during off hours.  These detectors are intended to sense any movement that occurs and notify of the location when motion is detected.
• Biometric Keypad Entry System - it is installed to limit access of the storage area and the central operation/admin room.
